1. Traffic along Fields Ave. where most of the bars and hotels in the business district of Angeles city are located. The proposal to convert the stretch of Fields into a "walk about" may be considered by the business sector along that strip to enable people to enjoy the scenic sights thereat (eg. Cambodian, Egyptian - style structures).

2. Regulate the activities of gays along Fields Ave. area who are all apt to pick the pockets of inncocent passersby and tourists. They lure tourists with their real-life girlie attire and speech.

3. More tour packages should be developed by the travel and tour operators in Pampanga and sold abroad. This will enhance the state of economy of the province by bringing more tourists thru Clark airport. Visitor spending here will boost business.

4. The local government unit may do well to provide attractive incentives to businessmen who plan to invest in tourist-oriented establishments like hotels or restaurants or make renovations on existing buildings. This will provide more rooms for the growing influx of visitors to the province thru Clark airport.

5. HARP supports the granting of tax incentives to investors in Clark just like Subic Bay Freeport. Let us rally behind CDC in lobbying for an enabling law to be passed in Congress as soon as possible.
